Peer Recognition Program
The Peer Recognition Program provides the Becker Medical Library staff the opportunity to recognize the extraordinary efforts of colleagues. It is a staff-based program requiring peer nomination and involvement in the program and selection process.
A rotating Peer Recognition Committee is formulated to oversee the processes of developing categories for recognition, nomination and selection of awardees, planning for prizes etc., and planning an event to celebrate these achievements.
