Guide to Clincal Preventive Services, 2nd & 3rd Editions
Report of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. The latest recommendations are released incrementally as they become available in the Guide to Clinical Preventive Services, Third Edition: Periodic Updates. These recommendations address new topics and update the 1996 recommendations from the Guide to Clinical Preventive Services, Second Edition.

PubMed Clinical Queries
This is a service from PubMed that allows for specialized searching for clinicians. It allow searching by clinical study category, systematic reviews and medical genetics topics.

Clinical Evidence from BMJ Publishing Group
Owned by BMJ Publishing group, this is an international source of the best available evidence on the effects of common clinical interventions.
Cochrane Library
Consists of a regularly updated collection of evidence based medicine databases and is comprised of the following databases: The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, a collection of structured, systematic reviews of health care interventions including adverse effect information; Database of Abstracts of Reviews of Effects, structured abstracts of systematic reviews from around the world; Database of Abstracts of Reviews of of Effects; The Cochrane Register of Controlled Trials; The Cochrane Database of Methodology Reviews; and Health Technology Assessment Database.
Evidence Based Medicine Filters in Ovid Medline
Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) filters are searches that have been developed by experienced searchers to make it easy to do searches in specific areas of clinical medicine. The EBM filter searches that we've chosen to use for Ovid have been developed by librarians at the Miner Library at the University of Rochester, and adapted to resources at Becker Medical Library.
